Digit IT is looking for a highly driven, enthusiastic Computer Technician to Join our Team.
The successful candidate will be experience looking after multiple small to medium sized IT networks. The dynamic role involves a mix of onsite and remote work, ranging from troubleshooting clients’ day-to-day issues and regular maintenance to assisting on migrations and project rollouts.
Desired Skills & Experience
You will have the opportunity to work with some of the latest and greatest technology and software (virtualisation, hosted services, cloud computing and more).
If you have most or all of the following – PLEASE APPLY – we would love to hear from you.
- More than five (5) years technical experience
- Fantastic client facing/interpersonal skills (our clients value our simple to understand approach the most)
- Windows desktop experience
- Troubleshooting skills (Desktops/Laptops)
- Good understanding of basic network principles , including router configuration
- Computer maintenance
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or MCSE (would be great, but not essential)
- Server experience (again, great, but not essential)
